In 1987, Tim and Beth started TBW Automotive Inc in a two-bay gas station location on Miracle Mile. We quickly outgrew that location and moved to the current location at 95 Mechanic St in Lebanon, NH. Our current location is a 6-bay garage. Our team consists of Craig, the service advisor has been with TBW Automotive since 2001, Greg has 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, Owen has 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Garret has 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, Kegan has 15 years of experience in the automotive industry.

We take pride in our commitment to having the most up-to-date equipment and training for the technicians. Each year, we update our equipment/scanners so that we are using the latest in automotive technical advances, ensuring that we can serve our customers as best that we can.

Our goal is to give our customers the highest quality service. In 2009, TBW Automotive became a Technet Automotive Service Center. Becoming a Technet Automotive Service Center has many benefits for our customers. These benefits include monthly promotions and a 2-year / 24,000-mile national warranty on all work performed.

Tim and Beth believe in giving back to the community by offering senior and military discounts. We also make yearly contributions to the Veterans Fuel Fund, homeless shelters, food pantries, Toys for Tots, local sports teams, and other local charities.

TBW Automotive has been voted the Best of the Best for Automotive service from 2011-2026 and the Best Oil change facility from 2013-2026
